FAR FROM HOME: RAISING AWARENESS

Far From Home is a research-creation project which looks into the obstacles that international student are facing within the timeline of Covid-19 and all the restriction which must be followed. We all know that moving abroad far from our safe places which we call home is difficult yet international students at this moment are taking a much higher risk to follow their studies and have an education.

I believe as an international student myself, it is the perfect time for me to dig deep and deeper into all the problems that people just like me are facing to remind them that none of them are alone and we can pass this if we all stay together and united. 

Covid-19 has been surely hard on everyone but we should not neglect the mental health of our next generation. That is why I decided to focus on this matter  so that maybe I could make a change and remind everyone in the same situation that they are not alone and help is always there if they are in need. There are better times ahead. We just have to overcome the tide.
